Ok, heres my new claim, given that the Canary Islands are indeed one territory and if it is true that the South Heathen Army no longer exists... Capital is still Casablanca.

I hope this isn't too excessive.

I will however not apply the "1000 men per province" rule due to the majority of my provinces consisting out of barren steppes, occupied by a foreign agressor (that would be me), so it will obviously be much less.

As a Mongolian horde I'd say that as of right now I'm pretty isolated in the European theater with the exception of regular contact with Shi and Azaq. I'm obviously not going to rampage my way east, as it is only 1005 AD.
