The Court of Drangavik
This is the court of Konge Bjørn Gädda the Bold of Drangavik, hosted within his great hall in Drangavik. For one to enter this hall, you would first have to move past the main gate of the city, before traveling up a large hill to reach a second set of gates through the town, and into the hall. Temperatures within the town would fall from anywhere between negative five degrees Fahrenheit (-5F) to twenty eight (28F) degrees during the winter. Towering off the cliff past the great hall leaves only a large drop, peering down from it would show a large docking area, aswell as a market nearby.
- A picture of the city's founding cliff:
Konge Bjørn Gädda the Bold of Drangavik has in previous years had made sure that he would be the most powerful man or even woman able to be alive within his kingdom. He had assigned only three trusted Jarls in the upcoming of his kingdom to single tribes, leaving himself with five tribes of his own. Due to this, revolt is almost unheard of, not to mention pointless. If all Jarls within his land were to rise against him in any given time, he would be able to defeat all three upon the battlefield at once. The three men he had trusted with these tribes, are as follows. His second born brother of their family line, Jarl Håkon Gädda had been granted the first tribe within Bjørn's territory. The next would be his head shaman and personal advisor, Jarl Torstein to be granted a seat upon his council, aswell as a tribe. The third and last, Jarl Gunnar Jõnsson, was trusted enough by Konge Bjørn to be granted a title, aswell as to personally suggest the guarding Huskarls surrounding Konge Bjørn.
- Inside the Great hall:
The Nobility Serving
"Konge Bjørn's words, in every form, are to held as law within the lands."
Konge Bjørn Gädda the Bold of Drangavik, the King himself.
Queen Ragnhild Gädda, Shieldmaiden and Wife of Konge Bjørn.
Jarl Torstein, Head Shaman and personal advisor in Drangavik.
Harald Gädda the Brave, Firstborn son of Konge Bjørn, and heir to the throne of Drangavik.
Jarl Gunnar Jõnsson, Warleader and head guard in Drangavik.
Eirik Gädda, Secondborn son of Konge Bjørn.
Jarl Håkon Gädda, Brother of Konge Bjørn.
This would leave seven (7) empty seats across the table from Konge Bjørn Gädda.
"Should I, Konge Bjørn Gädda the Bold of Drangavik be unable to attend a council meeting for any reason, my Firstborn son, Harald Gädda the Brave, is to take my place. Should he also be unable, Jarl Torstein, Head Shaman and personal advisor, is to take his."

Re: The Court of Drangavik
A party of three on horses arrived outside of the main gate. Each figure was clothed with heavy furs to protect them from the cold. One of them was carrying the emblem of Luciavan. That same individual shouted out: "Open up your gates! An ambassador from the Kingdom of Luciavan has come to speak to your king. Will you allow us to enter?" A strong gust of wind made two of the horses neigh with fright.

A few of the guardsmen on the wall would shout down, another running. After five minutes or so, a man clad in heavy armor with a large axe around his back would stare down the gate. If you looked close enough, he'd only have one eye! He studies the party for a moment before nodding and yelling, "Open the damned gates!" once the party is ushered inside, the same man would walk down from the wall. "I am Jarl Gunnar Jõnsson, Warleader and garrison commander in Drangavik. As garrison commander, you will be following me to the hall." he would then point to a few guards, telling them to follow.
Once you arrive past the second gate, Gunnar would leave with the guards before another man would step from the hall. "I am Jarl Torstein, Head Shaman and personal advisor to Konge Bjørn in Drangavik. Follow me." He would then push open the great hall's doors, before a man would be sitting in a large throne before you, guards surrounding the insides of the hall...

The Luciavanians dismounted from their horses and greeted both Jarls. Once they were in the great hall the three immediately bowed down low. Neither one of them spoke, they were accustomed for the King to tell them when to rise and speak.

Konge Bjørn Gädda would lightly chuckle from the throne, "Rise and speak before my patience runs thin!"

The three rose and one stepped forward, possibly the ambassador. The man was clothed in wolf skins for a coat, thick breeches, warm fur lined vest, a cap of some rabbit, and tall black boots. The man was tall and held his head up high. "Greetings from Luciavan! My King has sent me to request of a trade pact." His brown beard twitched each time he spoke.

Konge Bjørn would rub his chin, staring at the man. After a few seconds, Jarl Torstein would lean over and whisper into his ear, "What goods from Luciavan are produced within it's borders?"

Re: The Court of Drangavik
The ambassador was expecting this question. "Luciavan is known for the many horses they breed. We have the finest mares and workhorses in all of Northern Europe. If your majesty does not want that then Luciavan also exports many fine lumber, we have very diverse forests. Many sculptors that live in Mensk are very skilled in carving different statues from our limestone."

"Well this is when I would ask what goods of the sort are produced within your borders." The ambassador looked firmly at Konge Bjorn.

Bjorn would lightly glare at the man, reaching forward and taking a sip from a mead horn upon the table, "Look around you, boy!" he would then point all along the walls and to his guards, "We produce only the finest of armors, weapons, furs, anything you could wish for! Admittedly we do small amounts of raw resources, things we must preserve, though luxury goods we have plenty." he would then lean back into his chair, "I accept your terms, if you accept mine."

The man smiled. "Luciavan accepts your terms." (So raw goods for made goods?)

Re: The Court of Drangavik
Soon after the foreign men depart, they are happy with their deal and are sure the rest of Luciavan is too.
(So we officially made a trade pact. I'm updating my factbook.)
